Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to provide you with the best quality products, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the United States. Customers from outside the United States are not eligible for return or exchange. 

EVERY ORDER WILL INCUDE A CARD (PICTURED BELOW) TO BE FILLED OUT AND INCLUDED WITH ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES!

Return Policies: 

• Please ship your item within 14 days of placing your order to our address (mentioned below). 

• Merchandise must be delivered to our studio by the 30th day from the delivery date.

• Items returned late (past the 30-days from delivery) will not be eligible for return and we will not cover postage to send such items back to you. 

Accepted Returns

All items (except clearance items) if we receive them within 30 days of delivery to customers. Please ensure that the products are unworn and have their tags attached.

Terms & Conditions For Returns

• Products purchased from our clearance section are FINAL SALE and are not applicable for returns
• Products must be unworn with tags attached
• Products should be free of pet hair, odors, and/or makeup stains
• Products returned past 30 days (after initial delivery) mark

A card is included in every order, per item, that has all of the return and exchange information. So, please read those for more details. 

Return Shipping Cost, Restocking Fees, and Refund 

• A 10% return fee applies for refunds only. There is no associated fee if you want an exchange. The 10% restocking fee applies, considering the fact that many of our products are custom-made.

• Refunds and exchanges are processed on Fridays. Refunds can take a few business days to process and exchanges will be shipped as First Class Mail (for one item) or Priority 2-day mail (for more than one item).

• Any original shipping payment will not be refunded. This is why we offer free shipping as an option
